What is Picadeli Perks?

Picadeli Perks is our cash-back rewards program, where you can earn money back just for treating yourself to our salads! Simply make a purchase at a participating Picadeli bar after joining the Perks program, and you’ll be eligible for 50% cash back on your first purchase and 10% cash back on every purchase thereafter.

Are Picadeli customer associates eligible?

Yes, current employees of Picadeli grocery customers are welcome to join Picadeli Perks and get their own special discount. Depending on other employee discounts through your employer, you can get between 40% and 50% cash back on every purchase. Please ask your employer for additional details to determine your eligibility.

What do I need to do to get my cash back?

After you buy your Picadeli salad, simply send a photo of your valid purchase receipt to the phone number you used to sign up for Picadeli Perks. Just make sure to submit it within 5 days of your purchase. Oh, and make sure you have a Venmo account!

What’s the process for getting my cash back?

It’s easy, cheesy. Once Picadeli has validated your receipt, your cashback will hit your Venmo account within 2-5 business days. We’ll use the Venmo account associated with the mobile number you used to text us the receipt.

Why didn’t I receive my cash back on Venmo?

First, double-check that you're looking at the right Venmo account. We send cash back to the Venmo account linked to the mobile number you used to text your receipt. If it’s been over 5 business days since we validated your receipt and you still haven’t received your cash back, just text HELP to the Picadeli Perks number and follow the instructions on how to contact us.

Can I get my cash back through another method?

If you’d like to receive your cash back in a different manner, email your receipt to perks@picadeli.com and we’ll issue an electronic gift card to the email address you provide.

How often can I submit receipts for cash back?

The sky’s the limit! You can submit your receipt after every Picadeli purchase. Just make sure to submit it within 5 days of your purchase.

How long will the Picadeli Perks program run?

Our program won’t last forever, so be sure to cash in while you can! We’ll post on our website when the program is being amended, replaced or terminated. When that happens, you’ll have 5 days to send us any receipts from Picadeli purchases made through the amendment, replacement or termination date.

When would a receipt not be eligible for cash back?

A receipt would not be eligible for cash back if the receipt is submitted to us more than 5 days after purchase, or if we can’t validate the receipt is for a Picadeli purchase.
