He wanted a lunch option that was healthy, fast, and affordable. So he took it upon himself to outfit a grocery store in a tiny Swedish town with an incredible salad bar. And well, his simple idea caught on like Ranch dressing.
Today you’ll find Picadeli all over Europe—and now making its grand entrance into the United States.
